GTM Program Manager

Digital Asset New York City$120k–$150kPosted Today

About the role

Digital Asset builds technologies to reshape financial markets, with a mission to create trusted, privacy-enabled, interoperable digital infrastructure for global finance. Its Canton Network is a blockchain purpose-built for institutional finance, combining privacy, compliance, and scalability to enable real-time, secure settlement across multiple asset classes. Canton is governed by the Canton Foundation with participation from leading financial institutions.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York City, Digital Asset also has offices in London, Zurich, Budapest, Hong Kong, and Sydney.

Revenue Operations owns the tools, data, processes, and enablement that support Digital Asset's go-to-market teams. The function is undergoing a significant build-out involving new sales tools, redesigned processes, and reporting.

The GTM Program Manager will be the hands-on operational backbone of this work: owning the RevOps project plan, managing vendor and consulting relationships, building training materials, driving decisions, and keeping workstreams moving.

You will become the expert and first point of contact for the sales tool portfolio, including Granola, Wispr Flow, Clay, and Momentum. The team is AI-first and expects active participation in its AI strategy. Salesforce is owned and managed separately by a Technical Lead, but general Salesforce knowledge is valuable because it is the source of truth for sales representatives.

You will work across Sales, Client Experience, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT, moving work forward without direct authority over many collaborators. This is a hybrid role based in New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain project plans across the RevOps portfolio, covering scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks.
  • Run the operating cadence, including standups and weekly workstream reviews.
  • Surface risks, blockers, and competing priorities early and drive decisions.
  • Produce clear, honest status reporting for GTM and executive stakeholders, including progress, issues, and support needed.
  • Serve as day-to-day program lead for new GTM vendor tools; this is a program delivery role rather than a technical build role.
  • Partner with the Salesforce Technical Lead to understand deliverable dates.
  • Gather business requirements from GTM stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications for the technical lead or implementation partners.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, including test plans, tester recruitment, defect resolution, and go/no-go criteria.
  • Own cutover, launch, and communication planning to support successful tool adoption.
  • Manage software vendors, systems integrators, and consulting firms, including scoping statements of work, tracking deliverables, and escalating delivery delays.
  • Support procurement, renewals, and license true-ups with Finance, Legal, and IT Security.
  • Track GTM technology spending and utilization, identifying redundancy and underuse.
  • Build quick reference guides, process documentation, recorded walkthroughs, and live training sessions.
  • Own and curate the RevOps knowledge base so answers are easy to find.
  • Deliver enablement and measure adoption outcomes.
  • Support onboarding for new GTM hires on systems, processes, and tools.
  • Use Claude CoWork to optimize work wherever possible.
  • Act as the intake point for RevOps requests: triage, prioritize, route, and close the loop with requesters.
  • Manage the project plan in Wrike.
  • Document team processes and improve those that are fragile, manual, or undocumented.
  • Support the practical work that keeps a lean team effective, including data hygiene, meeting preparation, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of project or program management experience, ideally supporting GTM, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to build accurate plans and serve as the source of truth on project status.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Presentations, and Documents, including data analysis using pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Comfort and enthusiasm for data-driven environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: earn trust across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering; push back on vendors constructively; and drive decisions among busy stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across requirements, status updates, training documentation, and executive summaries.
  • A hands-on, self-directed approach and comfort building processes in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing external vendors, consultants, or systems integrators through a full delivery cycle.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with, or genuine curiosity about, blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Granola, Wispr Flow, Clay, and Claude CoWork.
  • PMP or equivalent project or program management certification.
  • Experience building sales enablement or training content for a distributed global team.
  • Exposure to enterprise or complex sales cycles with long timelines and many stakeholders.

Benefits

  • A comprehensive, family-forward benefits package supporting employees at different stages of life.
  • Flexible working models.
  • Health and insurance benefits tailored to the region, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Compensation structures designed to reward impact consistently across global teams.

Why this role

You will be the operational center of a function that directly affects how Digital Asset sells. The RevOps team is small enough for your work and judgment to be visible, and the systems and processes you build are intended to have lasting impact. The work supports the mission of rebuilding infrastructure for global financial markets.

Digital Asset encourages applications even from candidates who do not meet every listed qualification.
