GTM Engineer

About the role

Ease Health is a vertical operating system for behavioral health, including EHR, RCM, and AI solutions.

Ease Health is looking for a high-agency operator to drive B2B pipeline through experimentation across outbound, ads, content, and the full pipeline end to end. This role is about shipping experiments and finding what works, fast.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous lead-generation experiments across outbound, paid ads, content, and other channels.
• Own B2B pipeline metrics and the tactics behind them.
• Design and launch full-cycle campaigns, including lists, messaging, targeting, landing pages, and follow-up sequences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, targeting, copywriting, and performance analysis.
• Measure what's working, stop what isn't, and scale what does.
• Find and reach behavioral health decision-makers wherever they are.

Requirements

• Demonstrated high agency and a bias toward execution.
• Several years of B2B lead generation experience across outbound, ads, content, or a mix of these channels.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build process where none exists.
• A strong ownership mindset with accountability for performance.

Nice to have

• Experience building GTM motions for healthcare and mid-market audiences.
• Proficiency with Claude Code and other AI coding tools.
• Enough coding ability to build internal tools that speed up experiments and measurement.
• Prior experience selling to healthcare or behavioral health providers.
