Koyfin Remote$115k–$135kPosted Today

About the role

Koyfin is a fast-growing fintech company building an intuitive analytics platform that helps financial advisors and individual investors research ideas, manage portfolios, and grow their businesses. Its mission is to provide world-class research tools without the complexity or price tag of legacy platforms.

  • Koyfin has over 60,000 financial advisors using the platform and over 800,000 registered users.
  • Growth is driven by a product-led motion. Users have recognized Koyfin as a top-rated investment solution on G2 and the top research platform for user satisfaction in the Kitces survey, the largest survey in the advisor industry.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will establish Koyfin's first GTM Engineer function and improve the sales-assist motion for existing registered users.
  • Support existing AEs, newly hired SDRs, and the Head of Sales by running tests, building reporting, and creating efficient motions to reach aggressive goals.
  • This is a builder role, not a maintainer role: you will define a funnel, lead-scoring model, reporting layer, and outbound message library from scratch.
  • This is a two-person function with the Head of Sales within a five-person sales organization.
  • The role is remote, with applicants eligible from Canada and the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot administration, integrations, and data quality.
  • Own and expand enrichment and automated workflows for new registrants and existing users using tools such as Clay, HubSpot workflows, and API integrations.
  • Define and document the funnel from lead to deal created, including the lead-scoring model.
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure to evaluate whether sales motions are working.
  • Own test-validation tooling for time-boxed motion tests.
  • Create and iterate all prospect-facing messaging across email and LinkedIn, partnering with SDRs on targeting and sequencing.
  • Own message performance, including reply rates and the definition of positive replies, as inputs to funnel data.
  • Work alongside AEs and SDRs daily to identify what is working, iterate, and improve.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM analytics.
  • Deep, hands-on, admin-level HubSpot experience or equivalent depth in a comparable CRM.
  • Comfortable owning integrations and data architecture, not just reporting on top of them. A full engineering team is available as needed.
  • Hands-on experience with enrichment and automation tooling such as Clay, Zapier/n8n, and APIs/webhooks. SQL or scripting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to build funnel definitions, lead-scoring models, and forecasting from scratch without a supporting data team.
  • Experience writing and iterating outbound sales copy for email and LinkedIn, or directly overseeing it. This role owns messaging end to end, not just the surrounding systems.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and establishing definitions and processes that do not yet exist.
  • Fintech, financial data, or advisor-facing SaaS experience is a plus, not required.
  • Independent thinking, sound judgment, and ownership of outcomes, with clear communication, intellectual honesty, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • Performance bonus tied to team pipeline and revenue goals, paid quarterly.
  • Equity options and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible US employees.
  • Work in a fast-growing financial technology company that moves quickly to release new products.
  • Join a small, talented team where contributions directly affect the product and its community.
  • Culture centered on Customer First, Humility & Respect, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, and Getting Things Done.
  • Work on an industry-leading financial analytics product with a product-led growth sales motion.
  • Join a cash-flow-positive company focused on efficiency, sustainable growth, operational excellence, and doing more with less.
  • Be trusted to make decisions, contribute thoughtfully, and raise the standard of the work around you.

Hiring process

  • The hiring process typically includes an HR conversation, role-specific interviews, and a final discussion with leadership.
  • Koyfin is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
