GTM Lead

Brain Co. San Francisco, United States$100k–$259kPosted Today

About the role

  • Brain Co.'s mission is to rebuild how the world works, making institutions work better for the people they serve.
  • Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. Each system serves a specific industry and uses agents to advance real workflows. Its proprietary platform, Atlas, keeps customers in control, is secure by design, and avoids locking customers into one model.
  • The company is entering its next phase of national-scale production deployments, with a team drawn from Palantir, Google, Meta, and Nvidia and a growing footprint across government, insurance, health, and financial services.
  • Joining means helping shape the company and a new category of applied AI. Every project ships to production and is expected to create measurable customer value and impact, working alongside exceptional peers on challenging applied AI problems.
  • As GTM Strategy & Operations Lead, you will build the strategy and systems that accelerate the funnel from first touch to signed deal. You will determine which targets to pursue and why, sharpen how the company lands initial conversations, and build enablement systems and processes that help general managers move deals faster.
  • This is a builder role: define the playbook, establish systems, and iterate using real market feedback.
  • Work closely with the Head of Go-to-Market and COO, alongside vertical general managers and marketing, with high visibility into important commercial decisions.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or willing to relocate. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with general managers to define which accounts and segments to pursue from first principles, and refine that strategy as the market evolves.
  • Prioritize targets and map them to outbound campaigns, marketing programs, or warm introductions.
  • Continuously improve lead identification and qualification so the pipeline contains the right opportunities, rather than simply more opportunities.
  • Work with marketing, including a dedicated outbound systems builder, to translate targeting strategy into outbound email programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Own the warm-introduction motion and instrument every channel to understand conversion and scale what works.
  • Position case studies, proof points, and industry-specific narratives to maximize the impact of first calls.
  • Build preparation systems for initial customer meetings that shorten the time from first conversation to qualified opportunity.
  • Turn successful approaches into repeatable positioning and messaging for the entire GTM team.
  • Create enablement materials, including FAQs, objection handling, competitive intelligence, and industry-specific collateral.
  • Establish market feedback loops that connect field insights to positioning, product, and pipeline strategy.
  • Design and run deal desk processes and other operational systems that remove friction from the path to close.
  • Success means significantly reducing the time from identifying a qualified lead to closing the deal. General managers should spend more time in high-quality conversations, initial meetings should convert to opportunities faster, and deals should move through the pipeline with less friction.

Requirements

  • At least seven years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales enablement, or a related function.
  • Enterprise experience is essential: experience selling to, marketing to, or running GTM operations for large enterprises, with an understanding of how complex organizations evaluate and buy.
  • Chief-of-staff experience supporting a senior executive, or the judgment, discretion, and executional range to excel in that capacity while working closely with GTM leadership and the COO.
  • First-principles strategic thinking: ability to reason from market structure and customer pain to a defensible view of which targets to pursue and why.
  • Experience building funnel infrastructure, enablement programs, or deal processes from scratch, rather than only operating existing systems.
  • Comfort working across general managers, marketing, and GTM leadership, with the credibility to drive alignment.
  • Analytical rigor to measure the funnel, identify bottlenecks, and resolve them.
  • Technical or AI experience, including comfort building with or alongside AI tools and engineering teams.
  • Bonus: product marketing or positioning experience, with the ability to translate technical capabilities and customer proof into narratives that influence enterprise buyers.

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity so employees share in what they build.
  • Country-specific benefits designed to support the team beyond compensation.
