Tabs New York, United States$150k–$215kPosted Today

About the role

Tabs is the AI Operating System for Revenue, built for modern finance and accounting teams. It combines revenue and accounting expertise with agents and applications to run revenue work end to end. Tabs understands customer and contract context, applies accounting logic, and executes critical workflows with built-in controls, auditability, and human oversight, allowing finance teams to direct outcomes rather than manually manage workflows.

Tabs is hiring a Senior Manager, GTM Strategy & Operations to join the GTM Operations & Strategy team. You will own the analytics, reporting, tools, and processes behind Sales and Post-Sales, taking projects from initial analysis through business results. You will work directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Post-Sales, Finance, and Product, and grow into managing part of the Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic analysis, reporting, tools, and processes for Sales and Post-Sales.
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve conversion and grow revenue, size each opportunity, and build plans to capture it.
  • Lead cross-functional projects from idea through execution and own their outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutions, and Post-Sales leaders to hit quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking core growth metrics.
  • Manage and improve the GTM tech stack, working with the CRM administrator to ensure each team has the setup it needs.
  • Answer ad-hoc strategic questions from Sales, Post-Sales, Finance, and Product.
  • Grow into managing Revenue Operations team members.

Requirements

  • Be a hands-on, independent operator who prioritizes high-impact work and thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Be curious about how the business works and follow process changes through to adoption.
  • Align stakeholders across functions, with direct experience as an operating partner to Sales and revenue teams.
  • Structure ambiguous problems and build credible models and forecasts from sales data.
  • Understand B2B SaaS funnel mechanics, pipeline metrics, and how Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales use data to make decisions.
  • Have 6+ years of experience in strategy, revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analytics-heavy sales management, with measurable business outcomes.
  • Have direct experience as an operating partner to a B2B SaaS revenue organization in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
  • Have experience owning planning cycles, forecasting, sales motion design, enablement, or process improvement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through implementation.
  • Have advanced Excel skills; SQL and visualization tools such as Omni, Looker, and Tableau are a plus.
  • Be proficient in HubSpot and quick to learn new GTM tools.
  • B2B SaaS startup experience is preferred.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Up to 100% employer-covered monthly healthcare premiums for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Lunch provided via Sharebite, plus dinner for later in-office days.
  • Up to 12 weeks of parental leave.
  • Tax-free commuter and parking benefits.
  • Voluntary life, hospital, critical illness, and accident insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Program through Rightway.
  • Free One Medical membership.
  • 401k.
